In one recent example we created a compliance system for a company that was concerned that the trade dollars they were spending in-store through negotiated deals were not delivering the agreed outcome. 

So we built a Promotional Tie Up system with fast online real time reporting (shown below) that quantified the compliance they were attaining.

  

They were right to be concerned. Initial compliance was measured at just 30% in some channels.  

Soon after the results of the system were linked to the size of the trade dollar reward, compliance went to 90%.  

By providing the result of the compliance audit swiftly all parties were able to quickly manage the situation and arrive at a satisfactory outcome.
